Membership for a Faculty or Staff Member

There is no fee for UNA Staff/Faculty to use UNARec facilities, equipment, programs, or services.

Membership for Spouse of a Full-Time Student

• • The spouse of an Alumnus of the K8彩乐园 may purchase a membership to the 学生娱乐中心 for a fee of $60.00 /学期.
  • The 学生娱乐中心 does not accept electronic payments.
  • In order for the spouse of an Alumnus to be eligible, the Alumnus must be the holder of a full membership to the 学生娱乐中心.
  • No dependents are allowed use of the 学生娱乐中心.
  • This membership must be purchased directly from the Administrative Offices located on the 2nd floor of the 学生娱乐中心.
  • All memberships are on a per semester basis and are non-refundable.
  • 会员资格 are for use of the 学生娱乐中心 only and does not allow for participation in any Intramural or 俱乐部体育 activity.

The Recreational 体育 and Fitness Program reserves the right to revoke memberships to the 学生娱乐中心 at any time.

客人通过

UNARec allows guests of staff, faculty, and students at no fee.

政策

• • The Host must accompany their Guest while in the 学生娱乐中心. In other words, if the Guest is in the Fitness Center, the Host must also be in the Fitness Center.
  • The Host is responsible for making sure that their Guest/s adhere/s to all 政策 and Procedures of the 学生娱乐中心.
  • The Host is also responsible for any damage to property that their Guest/s may cause during their visit to the 学生娱乐中心.
  • A 客人通过 is issued for individuals, not groups of people. If you have more than one guest for a particular time period, then a separate pass must be signed for each individual.
  • 以获得客人通行证, the Host and the Guest must come together to the Member Services Desk on the 2nd floor of the 学生娱乐中心 to complete a 客人通过 Information Sheet.
  • The Host must show their valid MANE Card or Membership Card and the Guest must present an identification card with a photo.
  • The Guest will then be asked to sign a Waiver Form.

UNA娱乐 reserves the right to revoke a 客人通过 at any time.

The following equipment can be checked out for use in the 学生娱乐中心 only:

To check any of the above equipment out, just bring your valid MANE Card or Membership Card to the Member Services Desk on the 2nd floor of the 学生娱乐中心.

You may also purchase the following:

注意:

• • Any equipment returned 损坏的 will result in a replacement cost fee.
  • Any balls that are lost in the ceiling will result in a reclamation fee.

The following equipment can be checked out for use outside of the 学生娱乐中心:

储物柜服务资料

• Use of any photographic device in the Locker Rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Certain lockers are designated as 天储物柜 only.
• The Locker Room must be vacated by closing time.
• UNA娱乐 is not responsible for lost, 损坏的, or stolen items.

天储物柜

• No overnight storage of items is permitted.

• 出于安全考虑, locks left on 天储物柜 overnight may be removed and/or cut off and the contents of the locker impounded. If an individual is found to have violated this policy three times in a twelve month period, your privileges to the 学生娱乐中心 will be suspended.
• Any individual, who has had their contents impounded, will have 30 days to claim their items. At the end of the 30 days, the contents will be donated to charity.

• • Any individual who holds a membership to the 学生娱乐中心 may check out a locker for six or twelve months.
  • Combination locks are provided by the 学生娱乐中心 and are the only locks approved for use on these lockers. If you would like to check out a locker, please visit the Member Services Desk located on the second floor of the 学生娱乐中心.
  • If an individual who has checked out a locker uses a private lock, that lock is subject to being removed and/or cut off and the contents of the locker impounded.
  • Any individual, who has had their contents impounded, will have 30 days to claim their item. At the end of the 30 days, the contents will be donated to charity.

一般毛巾服务

• The 学生娱乐中心 does not offer general towel service, 然而, 会员可自行携带.
• The Recreational 体育 and Fitness program and the 学生娱乐中心 are not responsible for lost, 损坏的, 或者偷毛巾.

健身中心毛巾服务

• • Personal workout towels are not provided, 然而, you may bring your own.
  • It is mandatory that each person wipe off equipment after use with provided spray and wiping towel.
